INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED: (For Full Dozen)… cut wet ingredients in half for half dozen ✨✨
- 3 medium-sized bananas
- 1/3 cup of applesauce
- 1/4 cup of plant based milk
- ** 1 tsp of vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
EASY AS PIE.
- Preheat your oven to 325F.
- Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately with a whisk or mixer before combining.
- Once combined and thoroughly mixed, evenly distribute dough in cupcake pan (use 6 slots for *half dozen mixture/ 12 slots for full dozen. )
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
**Let muffins cool for 15 minutes in pan and 10 minutes on a cooling rack before enjoying.
